Add Lagos Life to iPhone or iPad
- Open lagoslife.app in Safari. If you are using Chrome on iPhone, the game points you to Safari for this step.
- Tap Safari's Share button. Where it sits depends on your Safari layout.
- Choose Add to Home Screen, then tap Add.
- Open the new Lagos Life icon from your home screen. Sign in with your existing account if asked.
What you get is a browser-based app — a shortcut to the website, not a separate App Store edition. Adding the icon does not create a new character or change your birth lottery.
If Add to Home Screen is missing, make sure the page is open in Safari itself rather than inside a social app. You can keep playing in the browser while you sort out the icon.
Add Lagos Life to Android
- Open lagoslife.app in Chrome.
- If the game offers Install Lagos Life, tap it and accept the browser's install prompt.
- Otherwise, open Chrome's menu and look for Install app or Add to Home screen. The wording varies by browser and device.
- Open the new icon and check it leads to Lagos Life. Sign in with the same account to continue your saved life.
If Chrome shows no install option, just keep playing in the browser. A missing install prompt does not mean you need an APK or a new account.
Is there an official APK or store app?
The installation route verified for this guide is the official website and its browser install prompt. We have not verified a developer-issued APK or a native app-store edition. A store listing with a similar name is not proof that it belongs to this game — check whether the official site or developer actually links to it.
Installing from the browser may store some website files and settings on your device. It does not make the game work offline, and it is not a separate downloadable release. Keep an internet connection for your account and the multiplayer features.

Home-screen installation and notifications are different
Having an icon does not switch notifications on. The game checks browser support and permission separately. On iPhone, its notification flow requires the home-screen installation first.
If notifications are not working:
- Open the game from the installed home-screen icon on iPhone.
- Check whether notifications for the site are blocked in your browser settings.
- If the game says notifications are not supported, keep playing and check messages inside the game.
Support varies by device and browser. Follow the message your device shows — these checks do not set a minimum operating-system version for the whole game.
Login, saves and mobile problems
